In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered against Heather Desiree Garcia of Jefferson on a charge of violation of a no contact order. Garcia was fined $100 with a $35 surcharge. Court costs were $81.
A judgment was entered April 8 against Bruce Erik Johnson of Scranton on a charge of theft-fifth degree. Johnson was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge. He must also pay a $125 law enforcement initiative surcharge, $55 restitution, and $60 court costs.
